Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) announced commercial business working enviroment ranking for year 2014 to 2018. Malaysia have a dazzling performance, jumped from no 24 to no 19, listed no. 6TH In Asia Pacific region.

Survey shows that Singapore is world’s best commercial city, Switzerland and Hong Kong were rank 2nd and 3rd.

 6 Asia-Pacific economies ranked in top 20. Other than Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia, Australia (5), New Zealand (8) and Taiwan (14).

Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) believe that finance of Asia and attracting of foreign fund policy, scramble for become an international financial, manufacturing and logistics center between East Asia countries.

Singapore infrastructure entering to world’s top 10, however EIU reminded that Asia always been weak in infrastructure, only Singapore ranked into top 10, ranked no. 18 for Hong Kong.

〔THE CHINA POST〕 TAIPEI, Taiwan -- Facing a low-performing local real estate market, Taiwanese investors are reportedly putting their money abroad in up-and-coming development properties throughout Southeast Asia. Two large international real estate firms hosted separate press conferences on Tuesday to analyze the latest trend in real estate purchases.
