PETALING JAYA: I&P Group Sdn Bhd will be launching its 2-storey terraced houses called Gemilang at its mixed development Bayuemas tomorrow. Gemilang has a gross development value of RM61,997,568.

I&P Group Sdn Bhd marketing manager Ruzaimi Mohmad said the freehold project comprises 96 units for Gemilang homes and 2,400 houses for overall Bayuemas projects. It targets professionals, business people, investors and people who want to migrate from high-rises to landed properties.

The terraced houses are priced between RM650,800 and RM851,800 and range between 2,108 sq ft and 2,478 sq ft.

Amenities include recreational areas, a cricket stadium, lawn bowl stadium, mosque, schools and shopping facilities. Neighbourhood shops are within walking distance.

Bayuemas will in future include an integrated residential and commercial waterfront development that features commercial and residential units.
