Cyberjaya Premier Property Showcase 2015 A Success

The recently concluded Cyberjaya Premier Property Showcase 2015 (CPPS 2015) was a success based on the strong public presence as well as impressive sales generated.
The property showcase, held on March 14th and 15th at the Cyberview Resort and Spa, showcased various ongoing projects in Cyberjaya. The 2-day showcase was jointly organized by 6 established property developers, namely, Setia Haruman, SP Setia, MCT Consortium, UEM Sunrise, Paramount Property and Areca Holdings, who came together under a one platform and offered property buyers and investors various residential and commercial properties.
Commenting on the success of the event, Mr Lao Chok Keang, Executive Director of Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd shared that the showcase was the result of the commendable effort by the 6 participating property developers, who worked together in a wonderful spirit of solidarity to promote Cyberjaya.
“At this year’s showcase, we noted that visitors were cautious but nonetheless, serious buyers. Various types of properties, worth about RM 15 million were sold over the weekend. What is even more encouraging is that more than 600 visitors registered and have indicated their intention to acquire properties in Cyberjaya within the next 12 months.”
Amongst the highlights of the showcase were the special bus tours that were provided by the organisers to the various show units open during the day. Visitors had the opportunity to view the collection of the various elegant, contemporary and investment-worthy properties from the participating developers of CPPS 2015.
Many were very impressed about the leisure and entertainment elements available in Cyberjaya, which includes the recently opened D’Pulze Shopping Mall which houses Jaya Grocer, MPH Bookstore, the soon-to-be opened TGV Cinema and a bowling alley, and many more exciting retail outlets.
