Mapex-Kalng Valley 2015 sees good response

At press time, Rehda was still tabulating the number of visitors and total sales made.

The Mapex saw 82 property developers, five financial institutions, three government agencies and one international property agent participating. Among the developers were S P Setia Bhd ( Financial Dashboard),Eco World Development Group Bhd ( Financial Dashboard), IJM Land Bhd ( Financial Dashboard), UEM Sunrise Bhd ( Financial Dashboard) and I&P Group Sdn Bhd.

There were five speakers who touched on property-related topics. The speakers included Ng (who shared on GST’s impact on domestic properties), REI Properties Sdn Bhd chief executive officer (CEO) Daniele Gambero (property investment tips), GreenRE Sdn Bhd executive director James Chua (build more eco-friendly homes),MRP Advisory Services Sdn Bhd CEO Franciss Chin (saving money through mortgage management) and Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd landscape architect Khariza Abdul Khalid (landscaping tips to increase property resale value).

The next Mapex will take place at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre (July 31-Aug 2) and Mid-Valley Mega Mall (Oct 30-Nov 1).

Two large international real estate firms hosted separate press conferences on Tuesday to analyze the latest trend in real estate purchases.
