Sunway Montana reveals townhouse show units and forest trail

KUALA LUMPUR (April 28): Sunway Property, the property division of Sunway Bhd (
Financial Dashboard), unveiled it Sunway Montana's townhouse show units, along with 14-acre private forest recently.
Sunway Montana is an ecological and low-density freehold project with a gross development value (GDV) of RM590 million. The sprawling 56.4-acre development has a five-unit per acre scheme and is located within the affluent Desa Melawati neighbourhood in Ulu Klang.
The development consists of two phases of villas, semi-detached homes and townhouses. The first phase, which comprised three-storey courtyard villas and three-storey semi-detached homes recorded take-up rates of 98% and 100%, respectively. Its latest phase of courtyard villas saw a take up rate of 100%. Launched in December 2012, the townhouse series is Sunway Montana's final phase, with a take-up rate of 85% so far.
"One of the unique selling points of the Sunway Montana's townhouses is the fact that they are double volume. The 32ft wide homes are wider than most conventional townhouses, with balconies showcasing spectacular views of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. The townhouses would be perfect for young families," said Sunway’s executive director of property development division (central region), Ong Ghee Bin (pictured).
Sunway Montana's townhouse units are designed with a modern facade, within a box villa concept. Its private forest includes a 1km foot path, a 25m sky bridge and pavillions overlooking Kuala Lumpur's skyline.
"The green concept is consistent throughout the development, especially our clubhouse. With features such as slow water heater, water harvesting, solar lighting, residents of Sunway Montana would not only conserve a lot of energy but also save money," Ong added.
The development's award-winning clubhouse is 19,000 sq ft in size and comes with a function room, gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, yoga room, karaoke room, gymnasium and a viewing deck.
Accessible via Middle Ring Road 2, Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway and Amapng-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway, Sunway Montana is about 12km from KLCC and 16km from Mont'Kiara. Sunway Montana is near two light rail transit stations, Wangsa Maju Station and Taman Melawati Station.
