Since its official launch in 2013, Tropicana Metropark has achieved many milestones and is shaping up to be the next pulse of Subang Jaya. On 3 June, for the first time, Tropicana Metropark hosted a media preview of its transformation journey from an industrial site to a vibrant community of tomorrow. The media preview was held at the modern Tropicana Metropark Property Gallery where Datuk Edmund Kong, Group Managing Director of Tropicana Corporation Berhad was present to share an in-depth progress report on as well as the unique features of Tropicana Metropark. Also present were Daniel Teh, Executive Director, Project of Tropicana and Ung Lay Ting, Head of Marketing & Sales of Tropicana.

Speaking during the media presentation, Datuk Edmund stressed that the key message is to share the transformation journey. He said “Today, we want to share with you the transformation of this industrial site to a vibrant community of tomorrow. This 88-acre development features a 9.2-acre Central Park that is situated at the heart of this development. Tropicana Metropark essentially encapsulates Tropicana’s overall development DNA, one that is built on the cornerstones of accessibility, connectivity, innovative concepts and designs, generous open spaces, amenities, facilities, multi-tiered security and quality; as well as caters to the needs of discerning customers.”

About Tropicana Metropark

Strategically located in the growing, affluent neighbourhood of Subang Jaya, Tropicana Metropark is an 88-acre integrated development on prime freehold land with an estimated gross development value of RM7.2 billion.
